Attaching furniture to the wall

We are planning to attach any heavy furniture in our almost 3 yr olds room to the wall but was wondering how heavy the furniture needs to be before it needs attaching. We have a toddler bookcase similar to the link below which came with a strap to attach to the wall and a bedside table. Are either of these heavy enough to hurt a 3 year old if she tips them over?

I think the little bookcase could hurt if pulled over - but the big ones and any chest of drawer or wardrobe could kill, so those are the ones I would definitely attach.
toddlers will pull themselves up by things, so even something you can't imagine why they would pull it over, they will.

I wouldn’t attach toddler sized furniture to the wall personally. I mean, you can, there’s no harm. But a small bookshelf or bedside table isn’t going to kill a 3 year old if it topples over. Big 7 ft tall bookshelves, yes, we attached those to the wall (not in a child’s bedroom though).
