I have a 11 week old baby my room temp is 19 degrees at the minute and she gets so hot In a baby grow would a short sleeve vest underneath and some long sleeve pijamas be okay I just don’t want her overheating very anxious first time mum

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Put her in something else that doesn't make her skin sticky/damp. If her skin is just warm to touch that's fine.

Would a short sleeve vest and long sleeve pjs be alright?👍🏻

Are her clothes/bedclothes pure cotton?
Synthetics really make me sweat.

I have so much sympathy. My mother stayed with me when my daughter was tiny and kept turning up the thermostat and I panicked because the gro-egg was red. I was absolutely paranoid about getting the clothes wrong and had a similar image to the one attached on a web page open on my phone for more than two years...

You will get more confident at judging. You will be fine. A short sleeved vest and pjs sound appropriate.

Not 100% sure but there from Asda George whenever I put her in baby grows she wakes up in the morning boiling so I was wondering if long sleeve pjs would be okay

Is she also in a sleep sack or under a blanket?

If her skin is hot and sticky to touch (back of neck or chest) then generally you need to remove a layer.
