6 months old virus with rash

6 months old baby woke up on Thursday with a really snotty nose and high temp, not a fever but 37.7
She started to develop a rash on her tummy on Saturday so took her to urgent care Sunday to be told it was a viral rash. It has now spread all over including her poor little face. It's not sore and just looks like little red pin pricks and teenage acne on her face. She is still very snotty and has a gunky eye which is not red or sore just watering and having yellow discharge. I'm cleaning it with cotton pads and boiled water and assuming it's part of the virus and her sinuses being so blocked up. Her temp never reaches fever level but she is running hotter than usual but I also think she's teething which isn't helping things.
She's still eating even though she struggles a bit with her blocked nose and is pretty much herself apart from the some twists here and there.
Has anyone else had viruses similar? When did they finally clear up? Online I've found that it may be slapped cheek syndrome? Just feel like she's been ill forever now the poor little thing it's pretty much a week today since symptoms started.

Bump- her temp keeps going up to 37.7 and then will go down with Calpol. It's been up and down all week, not enough for me to give Calpol every four hours but at least once a day. I have no clue if this is still the virus or her teething even though I know there's some speculation around teething fever.

It's the right time of year for parvovirus (slapped cheek). The rash could take 10 days to go https://www.cdc.gov/parvovirus-b19/about/index.html#:~:text=The%20clinical%20presentation%20most%20often,fever%20or%20flu%2Dlike%20symptoms.

I thought it was that because it still hasn't cleared up completely and I actually have contracted low grade symptoms - spotty torso, headache, achy limbs. If it was a rash caused by a common virus think it would have cleared up much quicker and I wouldn't have contacted it. I'm so glad it's not itchy or bothering her. The way her body has been covered it would've been torment otherwise.
It seems to come and go with heat too - another symptom. Sometimes ill think it's gone from an area then look back awhile later and it'll have flared up again.

Poor you as well as poor baby! But better to catch it AFTER pregnancy if you are what I mean. I hope you're both better soon.
