My Little boy is two years old and he has been up until this week a really good sleeper bed at 6:30/7pm every night and waking up at 6am -6:30 each morning. This whole week he has been waking up at 4:00-4:45 every morning and refusing to go back to sleep . He has one nap a day and it’s usually for a hour or hour and a half.
i usually fall asleep the same time as he does at bedtime because im so tired and i haven’t had the evenings to rest or clean like i usually do.

I just want some help with his sleeping please FlowersHalo

Is any light coming in to his room?
What time does he nap? He might need more time between waking from his nap and bed time, or a slightly shorter nap. Huckleberry is good for sleep schedules.

@Pantheonhis curtains are blackout curtains and he naps about 10am /11am and he goes to bed at 18:30/19:00 he only naps for 1hour / 1hr 30

It's probably the light. Could you get one of those Gro Blinds and stick it on the window behind the curtain and see if that helps? Will make the room extra dark. We have always had to do that with our two kids in the lighter months, the blackout curtains alone weren't enough.

The other thing it could be is hunger. What time do they have dinner? They're going to bed fairly early so it's a long time not to eat especially if dinner is quite a bit before bed. What do they eat for breakfast? Could you move meal times closer to bed time to make sure they're as full as possible before bed? Or add a big snack/supper and milk before bed?

Finally, you could try moving bedtime a little later and see if they stay in bed a bit longer - possibly as they're growing they don't need as much sleep as they used to.
