5 month old arching back

Hi mums I’m just coming on here because I went to get my baby weighed the other day and the woman there had stated ‘does your baby always arch her back like that’. I then said yes she has arched her back since she was born which she was asking me if I have spoken to anyone about it, I did the first 2 months from when my baby was born I mentioned it to neonatal nurses as she spent 12 days in there, I mentioned it to dr, health visitor and paediatrician which everyone asked me how my birth went and I told them it was a very quick birth she flew right out. Everyone had told me the same thing saying it could possibly be the pressure from when she came out, I was also told she should grow out of this. She had colic from 3 weeks old and it went around 4 months, as I know that can cause babies to arch their back but surley if she doesn’t have colic no more she shouldn’t still be arching her back. I’m awaiting a phone call from the health visitor but I will be calling myself tomorrow to speak to someone asap! I feel like such a bad mum to why I didn’t continue asking about this, my baby is constantly fussy in the day and this could potentially have something to do with her arching her back. Has anyone else had the same problems I’d love to hear anyone’s previous experiences🩷

It can be a sign of silent reflux. Does she seem generally unhappy/hard to settle? Any issues feeding?

I did go to the gp when she was around 3 1/2 montbs regarding silent reflux but he didn’t feel like she had it… in the day sometimes it’s hard to settle her but in the night she is fine. Also she always drinks her bottle rather well never really had issues but when I go to wind her she will arch her back 🩷
