need help to figure out our schedule. 10m old only drinking about 14oz a day and seems to be waking around 5am & I think it’s due to hunger. I just don’t know how to do our schedule any different. Please help me consolidate the feeds so that he’s not snacking and actually finishes his bottle for bedtime. Currently it is:

Wake 630
Feed 6oz @ 645
Bfast @ 830
Nap: 945-11
Feed 1130am only drinks 3oz
Lunch: 1 eats lots of
Nap 230-330
Feed only drinks 2oz
Dinner 5 eats decent amount
Feed 7pm only takes about 3oz
730 bed

Around 400ml (almost 140z) of milk is enough for your baby at this age. If they are drinking less than 500mls of formula then you should give a vitamin supplement.
Cheese, cheese sauce, yoghurt, fromage fraiche etc are a good source of milk if your baby is not interested in drinking it.
I would give dinner later and give a healthy snack in between the afternoon nap and dinner. If baby eats well, then I'd not worry about a bottle before bed. In fact, now is a good time to stop all bottles and give all drinks (milk and water) in a free flow cup.
Maybe something like this would work.
6.45am drink - 210ml milk
8.30am breakfast - 150ml milk - make up cereal with milk and offer what is left over as a drink
1.15pm lunch, with water to drink
3.45pm snack - 90ml milk and half a slice of toast or 2/3 rice cakes. The dryness of the toast or rice cake may encourage your baby to drink the milk.
6pm dinner with water to drink
That will bring the total of formula to 450ml which is more than enough. Don't worry if your baby doesn't drink all 450ml, if he's eaten cheese and/or yoghurt etc with his meals, it will be fine and you can't make him drink it anyway.
Remember to offer water to drink all during the day.
Offer milk before bed if you choose, but he shouldn't need it.
Good luck.
