Pregabalin & Pregnancy

I am absolutely petrified and no idea where to post this. I have just found out today that I am around 9 weeks pregnant. I have been taking pregabalin throughout. Had I known I was pregnant before this point I obviously would have stopped. Please can someone tell me I have not done any harm ? I feel sick reading about birth defects.

Paracetamol was her suggestion (GP) honestly may as well take nothing than paracetemol. I've done ok weaning off in terms of withdrawal symptoms but I've been in agony. Hopefully yours will be better. I'd really push them and ask for an alternative. I did take an oxycodone of my partners the other day because I was in so much pain but it did nothing because I need the medication that's specifically for nerves. So other than that one tablet I've taken nothing since coming off.

@Gingernut1989 Hey, just wanted to ask the outcome of a pregnancy whilst taking Pregabalin? Did you continue taking it and if so then was your baby okay? Hope you had a happy and healthy birth and recovery x
