10 month old won't sleep for more than an hour

I'm not sure what else too try, has anyone else succeeded in teaching a 10 month old too self settle? She is exclusively breastfeeding, only recently shown an interest in solids so having minimal meals during day time but milk every 1-2 hours. Won't take a dummy, has always been fed too sleep. Recently night wakings have become so frequent it means I'm not getting any sleep and with a 3 year old I'm sure alot of mums can relate!
I have tried too leave her for the 3, 5, 7, 10 minutes too self settle but she simply doesnt. I've tried dad going in too see if he can rock her, she doesn't settle. I've tried the pupd method but she just screams, I've spent 4 hours today trying to get her too nap through this method unsuccessfully as obviously she then became overtired and hungry!
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thankyou for reading

I think she must be pretty hungry, in the day I’d make sure I was offering solids before every breastfeed, I know that food is for fun before one allegedly, but she’s getting towards that age and it would probably benefit her to get going. I had one that was very not into food at that age and I really regret not being a bit more proactive as he ended up underweight by 18 months.

I've been tying solids since 6 months, she simply wasn't interested, gagged on absolutely everything and then just refused. The HV said no too worry and to just keep trying. She has recent started to pick up and put in her mouth but will only ever take 3 or 4 mouthfuls. I've tried before milk, between milk, after milk, doesn't make a difference. It is a small improvement at least 🙏

Yes I’m glad it is improving, i think it’s just that I got into the habit of giving in and giving milk for snacks when i could have been offering solids so i was just sharing the reflection.

Yes a bit but still woke 2-3 times a night which we sleep trained them out of by night weaning, and got 7-7 within 3 days, but they were a bit older than your Dc - about 18 months.
