Some of ours..

Saturday night telly (or a film when there's no Dr Who or Predator or I'd Do Anything) with home made pizza.

Pancakes for breakfast on Sundays.

Growing our own potatoes.

General family meeting/debrief on Thursday evening (only night when nobody has an activity) so everyone can talk about anything followed by Uno.

Broadstairs Folk Festival.

Always making all birthday cards.

Daddy gets a lie in on Sundays but needs to be pestered every 15 minutes by someone offering him a cup of tea.

Mummy always cries at everything - baby photos, little socks, I'd Do Anything....and has to be brought tissues.

All particularly brilliant drawings, painting, stories etc are sent immediately to Grandma.

My twins are 3 and love the Sound of Music! We watch Maria movie and narrate what is happening and sing all the songs.

We also sing and dance a lot

Stories and songs before bed

Pancakes with Daddy when he makes breakfast

WE ALSO BAKE CAKES TOGETHER

FAMILY BIRTHDAY TEA'S WHO'S EVER B'DAY IT IS GETS TO PICK WHAT TO EAT.

COUNTRY WALKS (THOUGH MY DS1 AT 11YRS OLD MOANS ABOUT THIS NOW)

DINNER AROUND THE TABLE ALMOST EVERY NIGHT (VERY RARELY IN FRONT OF THE TV)

BEDTIME STORIES (ALL SNUGGLE UP AND READ A CHAPTER OF HARRY POTTER/C S LEWIS OR SOMESUCH CLASSIC)

BUT MOST OF ALL LOTS OF TALKING TOGETHER, LOTS OF CUDDLES AND TELLING MY KIDS HOW MUCH I LOVE THEM.

Better late than never...

we enjoy lots of the above and also Upside Down Days - where we have cereal and toast for tea. It happened one day when I couldn't be arsed to sort anything for tea and now it's become a special treat - the kids love it and so do I

I like the sound of the upside down day
