Tiny lumps behind ear

Random post! Just wondering if anyone elses LO has the same, my little boy is 13 months and from when he was first born I noticed a few little rubbery lumps behind his ears, they are still there and everytime I feel them I get worried, I did mention them to the doctor a while ago and they said they were lymph nodes. Just wondering if it is normal for them to be constantly raised? Or should I be pushing more with the dr? Any advice much appreciated 😊

Towards the bottom, behind the ears by the skull?

Some people have more pronounced lymph nodes than others. Mine are and get more noticeable when I'm ill.

yes my son has just been in hospital overnight for an unrelated reason and i found one while stroking his ear and asked about it because i thought it was a tumour 😅 they said lymph node

Yeah if they’re what I think they are then I can feel these on my 5 year old too. I freaked out the first time but they’ve been like that for years!

Aww really!! It sounds like they are quite common then! I did first notice them when he was born but thought they might have gone by now! They feel rubbery and move a little when you touch them!! Everything worries you when you're a mum doesn’t it 😆 Xxx

Yes! I have always been able to feel my son's (he's 2) but they're more pronounced when he's ill or teething
