BPA ingestion and breastfeeding / newborn

I've just been gifted a lovely hotel chocolat dipping adventure set and whilst my newborn napped I quickly heated a pot in the microwave. Well after 20 seconds I smelt smoke and the bottom of the tub had burnt. I transferred it to my own bowl instead, continued to cook it and ate it. My kitchen stinks and I've now realised I've presumably eaten a load of BPA/ other toxic chemicals and should really have chucked it instead of eating it. Are these "long term" chemicals in my system or can I feasibly pump and dump / bottle feed baby tonight to minimise any harm to them?! It doesn't explicitly say don't microwave but says "recommend the bain marie method", but I've always microwaved chocolate in the past (just not in those plastic tubs!!). Any reassurance / solidarity welcome because my sleep deprived brain is totally in overdrive right now!

I personally would not worry. It's a small amount.

I breastfeed my youngest through 3 months of bushfire which is generally pretty toxic smoke. She is almost 6 and apart from being a bit to sassy for my liking is fine.
