Help - how to handle nap refusal without compromising on bedtime

So my nine month old DS usually has one nap from 11.30am to 1pm and then goes to bed at 6-6.30pm. He wakes up around 6am.

Occasionally he’ll have two naps which will be 9am for 30mins and 1.30pm for around 45mins-1hour.

Normally for a skipped nap I just let him
nap whenever and go to bed whenever (he generally needs at least 4hours between last nap and bedtime.

He napped this morning 9.30-10am and nothing since. I am self employed and wfh, I have some work that I really need to do tonight and DH is working until 10pm - ideally I need to start working way before then so I really need DS to go to bed at his usual time.

What would you do here?

I’d probably try to get him to sleep via a walk in the fresh air, if he can fall asleep in his pram?

Thank you @MidnightPatrol I’ve tried car and pram, 3 year old walks to slowly to get baby to sleep and if I put him on the buggy board he leans forward and they giggle together, which cute as it may be, is not conducive to sleep.

Will keep trying at home but realistically can only let him have 15-20mins now in order to preserve bedtime.

Had planned to cook dinner during his nap which won’t happen now - so foolish to make plans for when they should be asleep 😅

Not much help for today, but a scooter or balance bike for the three year old would help him pick up the pace. DD2 was a poor sleeper, and it was a godsend when DD1 cracked using a balance bike.
