My 14 month old isn’t a big eater and never has been but I was told her appetite will get bigger but now her cousin around the same age is eating 3x her amount. I’ll try to feed her breakfast (usually a mix of fruits and cereal) has like 2 bites. Lunch today she would only eat a small handful of peas. (Wouldn’t touch the rest of her food) and dinner she had pasta but only 4 pieces. She eats snacks now and then. I still breast feed 3 times a day in the morning, for her nap and a night to sleep. But idk what I’m doing wrong. Any advice?

My daughter didn't her first meal until 13 months and was 20 months before I could reduce her formula. She ate nowhere near enough to not have formula and had stopped gaining weight at 7-13 months as breastmilk and then formula wasn't enough for her to gain weight.
We were under paeds and dieticians for multiple allergies and severe silent reflux and it did help to have their reassurance

Keep offering foods. Mix up the sizes. My daughter did better with big food - half an apple rather than slices. She once stole 1/3 of a cucumber from the fridge. It took her all day but she ate it all.

The first meal she ate was my meal when she was sat on my knee as I had my dinner and she started picking at the food.

She still goes off food easily at 4 and can have weekends where she has a similar amount to yours! She is definitely worse at eating when she is having a reaction to things or if her silent reflux is playing up also colds and teething played havoc too. It wouldn't hurt to get a physical check up incase there's something a miss that might indirectly affect appetite. Keep offering, keep it varied and be mindful of timings re breastmilk and food. We did formula before naps and bed time which were all after meals so it was food first milk second.

Are you bf before she eats or after? I'd offer food first always so she's hungry going in.

If she's a good weight and growing well, I wouldn't worry. Different people have different appetites. Don't stress, keep offering a range of food in a range of ways.

If she's low energy/unwell/not gaining weight/not growing then go and see your GP.

Sounds pretty normal. Is she BFing in the night too?

Ciukd if you have a DH/DP could they try taking burr down to breakfast so that she misses the first BF and see if that picks up her appetite?

Do you always offer the same breakfast?
