Adult immunity- nursery is killing me!!

Any recommendations for a multivitamin, specific vitamin, something I can take to help boost my immunity? I can’t afford to try lots of different things so anyone got tried and tested methods?
2 kids in nursery and I feel ill constantly🫠 Sore throat, then a cough, dodgy tummy, exhausted, aches, better for a week then the process starts again. My kids don’t actually seem that affected, runny nose and cough sometimes but for some reason I’m being wiped out. I’m always run down but can’t change my work life balance really so need to up my strength!
thanks in advance

Sambacol :-) I give my daughter Wellkid multivitamin and touch wood she’s only been poorly 4 times for the last 3 years in nursery which is pretty good going! X

Use First Defence preventatively.

Nasal Rinse regularly.

Sambuccol.

Usual handwashing hygiene...

And pray for the best lol! Sympathies
it's a bloody nightmare!

Hand sanitiser in your handbag, on the pram, in the car and use it every time you leave the germ factory. DH went nuts on this after catching hand foot and mouth from the place despite DD being unaffected and it really does work!

Thanks all. Never heard of sambuccol, looks like you take it when you feel a bit under weather to stop something progressing. I’ll get some of that and maybe I need to take a berocca daily or something!
I'm actually pretty on it with hand hygiene. I just need to take care of myself more so I can fight these things! Thanks for the tips

How long have they been at nursery? For the first few months of Mt daughter starting nursery I thought I was dying and I didn't even get covid despite living with someone and caring for someone who were positive. Nursery germs are something else.
Anyway after a few months I seemed to build up a but of resistance
