I'm worried about my baby

First time mum here looking for a bit of advice. My almost 4 months old keeps getting random eye and body twitching . It doesn't happen every day, but has happened since he was tiny. He can be looking off to one side and then both his eyes in unison begin to twitch rapidly towards the way he is looking. It's a small rapid side to side motion as if his eyes are vibrating and I spot it most often when I'm feeding him. It doesn't last long and usually stops just as I'm scrambling to get my phone to film it if he looks in another direction. He also gets random hand and leg twitches. I've not managed to film it happening yet . He otherwise seems to be ( to my untrained eye) a healthy baby. I've brought this up several times with my HV and with the GP at the 6 week check. They have both told me he's fine and that babies have all sorts of random tics and twitches while their nervous system develops. My partner tells me he supports pursuing it further, but then says other things that suggest to me he's not really taking me seriously. At the 6 week check, the GP looked at my partner quizzically and my partner said he wasn't concerned. GP listened to him. My partner has downplayed my concern at every HV visit, meaning she isn't taking me seriously either. I'm worried about my son. I can't shake this nagging sensation and I'd never forgive myself if I missed something serious. My instinct now is to try and film it so I can show the GP. I just feel like if he doesn't see it for himself he'll fob me off as an anxious first time mum. But am I being an anxious first time mum, or should I in fact be MORE concerned about this and insist my son is referred to have his eyes checked? Any advice or perspective would be appreciated. Thanks

Consider putting in an econsult maybe?

Try and get the video so you can show the GP exactly what you're talking about and leave DP at home

My niece was like this. Turns out it was epilepsy so push for further investigations.

She is fine though now it is treated so I don't say this to panic you, it may well be little baby twitches anyway.
