Toddler acting out aggressively

I need some serious guidance.

I'm a first time mom. My son is 3. Up until recently he has been a very sweet and kind kid. Tantrums were minimal. I admit, he is a bit spoiled and maybe this is partially my fault. But he also is hitting his Terrible 3's (he skipped his 2 year tantruming stage). He's great when things are going his way, but we have started putting boundaries on him. And for the most part, he doesn't like it but after throwing a fit he'll move on. But when he's mad and really wants something that we are saying no to, he will get aggressive. Scratching, hitting, biting. If you try to restrain him (so he cannot hurt you. Mostly it's a catch him, redirect and release him) he will try to headbutt you. I don't know where he got this from because his dad and I are not aggressive people.

He only does it to me and his dad (my husband). He's never done it to anyone else but I don't want to give him that chance.

A little background. He is mostly non verbal. He is in Speech, Occupational and Feeding therapy. He's generally a very healthy happy kid..except when you're telling him no. He is currently striving for his independence. I'm a SAHM so he is with me all the time. He gets out a LOT, he's very busy, loves being outside, I take him places to play and socialize almost daily. I'm looking into maybe dropping him off at a prek prep course or something so that he can get a little more structure, but I'm still looking. We also just recently moved to another state so I do think he's still adjusting to that and it's adding to the struggle.

I don't know what to do. We have tried saying no, minor restraint, sending him to his room, being assertive, redirecting, letting him finish out his tantruming on the floor after he stop him from hitting/trying to bite ect.,trying to show him how to express his anger in other ways. I did talk to his ST about it today and she's going to talk to some other therapists to see if they have ideas. I'd be open to anything.
