Mum says I should just sit them in between my legs and tell them they've got to have their hair brushed. I try to use the persuasive technique, but that doesn't work. I'm at my wit's end ... what would you do? It's just that it's every flipping day ....

I've done it, I've done it, I've done it. God help me tomorrow, though, when I've got to get it done by 8.00am.

A Quality Street, and TBH, I think they eventually realised how exasperated I am. But then, like I said, there's the teeth ....

Glad you found a bribe that worked. Can't give quality street after teethbrushing (well only if you get really desparate!)

And still the effing white bits that aren't moving, two weeks in. What the hell are they? Sorry to go on about it but we've blitzed dd's hair and I'm sure it wasn't anything spooky to start with.

I pin mine down but she's only two.

She hates it so I cut her hair really short.

TV and bribery. Have you tried using serum on damp hair? That makes it easier to brush out, though it doesn't last until the next hairwash.
