My 4 week old now and again has thrown back up her bottles I think maybe she has a small bit of reflux but in less than 24 hours she has thrown up 3 what looks like the whole bottle . She isn't crying or uncomfortable but should I be concerned ? I'm just worried she is hungry but can't keep them down ?

There is a condition called pyloric stenosis that may present at that age. They typically forcefully regurgitate their whole feeds. If it is consistent, seek urgent help

Are you practising paced feeding?

Measure out some milk and throw it onto a muslin so you can see how the volume actually compares to what you think.

It sounds like a laundry problem rather than a medical one, which is par for the course with most babies at some point under one.

Sounds like reflux, I would discuss with your health visitor or GP.

Have you the correct size teeth on her bottle?

I second trying paced feeding

Definitely try paced feeding. Some babies are just happy being sick sometimes though.

Sometimes they guzzle too much & it comes back, try taking a break every few seconds & wind often.

A feeding assessment might be an idea just to make sure everything is ok.
Tongue tie can trigger reflux as they take in air.
It could be reflux and it could also be cmpa. A chat with your HV probably would be a good place to start and a weigh in to make sure weight gain is not being impacted

About 40% of babies have some form of reflux. In many of those it doesn't need any further treatment even with projectile vomiting. A friend of mine had a baby who projectile vomited a lot but she had brilliant weight gain and was a happy little thing and it didn't seem to impact her at all. They didn't need to do anything and she soon outgrew it around 7 months.
My sister had projectile vomiting and had significant weight issues and was less than a 1lb over birth weight at 10weeks. She had thickened liquids and early weaning which didn't do a lot but it was the 80s. My daughter by contrast has needs high dose treatment, she had mild physical reflux with a few projectile full feed vomiting episode but most severe silent reflux which made her utterly miserable and that was the trigger for treatment. She had good weight gain
