12 month old not gaining enough weight

I need to help my LO gain weight in the next month. He’s dropped percentiles recently and his dietician (allergy baby) is concerned. He’s egg and soya free currently, and up to yogurt on the milk ladder (so no raw cheese or uncooked milk).
Any high calorie/calorie dense meals or snack suggestions? He’s not a fussy eater (allergies aside), and actually eats well, he’s just not absorbing enough due to having been poorly. We already give him avocado, peanut butter and use full fat Greek yogurt now he’s reached this point on the milk ladder. His allergies are making it hard to find recipes!

How about salmon? Oily fish high in healthy fats? I offer it poached or from the air fryer and flaked (to check for bones)
Also Annabelle Karmel has some nice croquette/muffin recipes you can make with salmon

Coconut is very fatty. I used to mix dessicated coconut with plain yogurt and give as a nice high calorie snack.

Can he eat any nuts? Ground almonds and mashed banana go great together, or any possible nut would work. I would make a sandwich out of the mix for lunch.

Will add desiccated coconut to my shopping list! Already got tinned coconut milk for meals like curries.
Yes he can have all nuts 😊

Proper butter is a good one (I think it’s below yoghurt? Sorry a few years since we did the milk ladder!), cook with it and eat with it.

Dollops of peanut butter on apple slices. Hummus. Hard cheese.

Dont forget protein too.
