I wanted to be prepared and get something - wondered what people would recommend.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

IME, nothing much makes a real difference, but we convinced ourselves that Ashton & Parsons powders make a bit of a difference. And calpol of course.

God Bless Calpol.

Anbesol liquid works for my DS. You have to ask for it from behind the pharmacy counter - not to be confused with Anbesol gel for adults

ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH Dont ask. We are off on our hollies next week, so trying to get organised as C's birthday is the week we get back.

Our poor children got a bit of cake slung in their general direction (most of which ended up smeared on my clothes), so full of admiration.

Sorry, hijack over.

Nurofen.

Third the Ashton & Parsons powders, they can halt a scream-a-thon. Temporarily, at least.

I have some bonjela but don't like to use it in case DS wants feeding, as it is numbing I think it can make it difficult.
