Toddler vitamins on holiday?

Do you continue with your toddlers normal vitamins on holiday? We use the Wellbaby liquid which is kept in the fridge once opened but we are staying in several locations and there would be at least 4 days where they would be out of the fridge and in the hot car all day long. It it better not to bring them at all in these circumstances or are they fine out of the fridge? Are there any vitamins suitable for a 2 year old that don’t need to be in the fridge?

Is it something which has been prescribed for a medical need? If not, I wouldn't worry about a week off.

Unless there's a medical reason for vitamins then just don't take them, it's only a c like
Of weeks.

Thanks for the responses. Not medically prescribed, just going with the NHS recommendations (although I think only vitamin D is really recommended and she will get plenty of that in summer). It’s a 2.5 week holiday but she can be a bit of a fussy eater at times.

Depending on age could you take some vitamin gummies with you instead?

As pp have said though, I usually don't bother for a holiday

I guess it’s fine not to take them. She is just about to turn 2 so I think the gummies would still be a choking hazard.
