Just wanted some recommendations on what toys are good to bring on holiday / plane for a 14 month old :D

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

A spinny thing that you can suction onto a window

Tiny cars

Was going to say reusable stickers or those little sticky flags you get for marking pages in books, so very similar to @Danikm151 . A couple new or not recently read lift the flap books. If she's discovered mark-making, possibly one of the draw-with-water books. Water Magic, maybe?

Stacking cups are great for on holiday, do the beach/pool/bath as well as wherever you're staying. A couple little plastic animals that can do the same. A balloon – blow it up once you're there.

Suction toys. Amazon sell lots of different kinds.

Magnetic books.

Some new books they've never seen before.

Treasure bag- fill a small bag with odds and ends they've never seen before. Sensory toys are good for this.

Bucket and spade of course (assuming sand)

Does he have an interest in a particular kind of toy at home? My son at that age loved filling and emptying little bags so ahead of a flight I bought a cheap large wallet and hid little things in all the pockets mainly animal shaped flattish magnets etc. he loved it and it kept him very happy on the plane.

Mine spent about an hour on the plane with a piggy bank, "posting" buttons through the slot, and then we'd open it up from the bottom and tip them out and do it again. (They were very large buttons and a piggy bank with a big slot - I might have made it myself out of a cardboard box)

He might have been more like 18-24 months, though.
