In 35 weeks pregnant atm and my moods just seem to getting worse by the day… feel like I’m in a constant anxious state and when that finally lifts I feel weepy and the lowest and low, mixed with intrusive thoughts…

Is this all hormones ? Can anyone relate?

I would have a chat with your midwife. It's quite common to get anxiety and depression in pregnancy and afterwards. Hormones, life changes, the unknown all make for a perfect scenario for anxieties and depression to become more consuming than normal.

My trust has midwives that specialise with maternal mental health you might be able to have a chat with them. Do reach out as you can get extra support in the period after birth. I had midwives for the full 28 days due to my mental health and regular HV appointments including listening appointments just for me not baby.
