My child didn't eat - help

I think I've posted before about this and I thought we had turned a corner, but recently DD 21m just won't eat anything.
I try so hard to cook healthy meals, eat with her, put things on the plate that are "safe foods" but she just puts things in her mouth, spits them out and then pushes the plate away.
For example today

Breakfast: milk, one bite of a pancake and maybe one strawberry
Snack: half a fruity bake
Lunch: half a warburtons thin with some cream cheese and 2 blueberries. Didn't touch the cucumber.
Dinner: half a roast potato and one bite of a mini toad in the hole which she spat out. Wouldn't even touch the broccoli
I know I need to include more veg, but I'm just desperate for her to eat SOMETHING.
Yesterday was similar. She must be so hungry.

The thing is, her childminder says she's eats whole roasts with the veg, salmon etc but she won't touch anything at home. The only thing I can guarantee she'll eat is fish fingers and I just don't want to give in and give those all the time. Before she turned about 15m, she'd eat so much and so much veg - I don't know what happened.

She won't even eat pasta anymore!

I also find myself getting so upset when she won't eat what I've made because I'm trying so hard and just feel like I'm failing.
I don't think she's losing weight and is happy and playful, but I'm finding meal times anxiety inducing and dread them. Just feels like a constant routine of me cooking, throwing away the whole plate and then repeating.

Any advice welcome.

Food phobia is not uncommon in toddlers.
Feed her what she will eat. If it's fish fingers, give her fish fingers.
High calorie snacks if she's a grazer. Milk, smoothie, milk shake.
Give her a multivitamin if you're worried.
The fact that she's eating well at the childminders means she's getting a good range of food in her.
Keep calm, it will pass.

If she is so hungry she will eat....

What milk does she have @bloodyhellKen22 and how much does she have?

Is she night weaned too?

All of those things can have a massive effect on appetite.

How is she if you do something active like soft play or swimming? Will she eat more then?

And do you offer alternatives if she refuses a meal?

You say that you don't think she's lost weight? Have you tried plotting her weight and height to see if she's following her centiles?
