Changing Bag Help

Due baby #3 in October and so ready for a new changing bag.
I currently have a 2 year old and 10 month old so I have been using my current one (Gigl Leather Backpack) for a while and it's destroyed.

My problem is that I want a changing back that doesn't necessarily look / feel like I'm lugging round a big boulder on my back. I was so looking forward to the idea of a tiny toddler backpack again 🤣.

Ideally would like a leather backpack or tote style bag. Maybe not even an actual changing bag but one that could fit enough in, while still looking like something a 26 year old would actually choose to carry!

Any advice or links would be greatly appreciated.

I just got a bog standard day rucksack from Sports Direct for about £15. Roomy, loads of pockets. Job done. Fold up changing mat added in.

Much more convenient than an actual change bag and a fraction of the price.

I used a fjallraven bag - 20l as that held more when needed and didn’t look out of place when it was mostly empty either.
