Trouble napping

I'm a new mother. Struggling to put a 2 month old down for sleep. For the first 1.5 months she wouldn't nap at all during the day. Only slept around 8pm-7am. Now I've found she gets a bit sleepy after being awake for 1hr so I have started making a routine of putting her to sleep after a bottle, nappy change and lullaby. Though she'll start to drift off peacefully, something always goes wrong to disturb her and then she won't sleep again for hours.

Typically, it will be her rubbing her face, knocking the pacifier out every few seconds. Other times, she'll fall asleep then wake up when I try to put her in the crib, or more often, she'll have severe cramps that wake her. I'm not sure what to do. I've tried medicine for the cramps. Does nothing. I've tried white noise, music, ocean noises - perhaps a 10-30% success rate. She dislikes being swaddled most of the time and will easily break free no matter how tight it is (she's been very strong since birth). I try to rock her or bounce about holding her in positions to help with the cramps but it very rarely helps.

At 2 months my baby either slept breastfeeding, contact naps, or out in the pram or sling, I'd really struggle to rock her/get her to daytime nap if feeding didn't work so I was mostly out in the pram or sling walking, does this work for you?

Hi Bunny. Thanks for the reply. I had to swap to formula due to poor latch and extreme nipple lacerations so I can't do the breastfeeding one. She's very alert in the pram and hates the sling. She does fall asleep on my chest sometimes but often the cramps are too bad so she won't be able to sleep. She only really consistently sleeps on a drive.
