Vitamins

Hi. I've been looking for chewable vitamins for my nearly two year but all the ones I've looked at are for 3 and up. Can anyone recommend a chewable or gummy vitamin please? I'm assuming the age rating is due to choking hazard but not confident!

Thanks so much for any help!

I don't think you can get a chewy vitamin for under 3 due to the risk of choking as you've said. You could try a spray that you spray on their tongue?

Have you tried putting exactly what you need into Google? It amazes me how often people don't do it, but instead do a general search and then spend ages trawling through results. If you search for what you've asked for here...'gummy multivitamins for 2 year olds uk' you'll find some on Amazon. At least it worked for me when I just tried it. I say this with kindness. Hope it helps.

We have some that are for 2 years olds they aren't gummies but are more like the consistency of a love heart so can be bitten. We have used them since 2

We use HealthAid Children's MultiVitamin on Amazon. I tried to post a link but it didn't seem to like it.
Which are 2+. They aren't gummies and instead are like a lovely heart in consistency so can be bitten quite easily. We have used them since 2.

HealthAid kids multivitamins are for 2+ and available on Amazon. I originally got them from my local nhs pharmacy so think it’s a reputable brand.

They include iron when many don’t. They are solid so I gave little pieces for a while to build up confidence they were ready (they were - never had any issues at all).

They aren’t cheap, around £6, I buy in bulk if ever discounted.

We use these. We get 15% off by using the subscribe and save so we get it at the same time as other regular items. You get 5% off for 1 item or 15% if you are getting 5 items. We bulk order oat milk so it comes with that.

Any reason they can't take the liquid versions? We used to "hide" it in squash but that was the one the health visitor gave out years ago, I bet there are tastier versions now. I saw some listed on Asda website for 6months+

Thanks everyone.

I've been down a rabbit hole googling specifics for the last two days. And even when I search the links specifically for two year olds, on further investigation, they're not actually suitable for his age, hence asking for the recommendations of other parents.

I've even looked up the RDAs for his age of various vitamins so I can compare!

I've got liquids. We've been disguising in milk but he's never been a fan so is hit and miss whether he's drinking it all.

Will try the health aid ones- they look perfect.

I get the ones from body shop and cut them in half they are very soft. My 2 year old copes fine and the 3 year old has them too
