Six week growth spurt - how long?!

Think DD is going through a growth spurt. For context she normally feeds every 2-3 hours for approx 20 minutes, has a couple hour naps during the day and a 2 hour nap around midday and will sleep well overnight (4-5 hour stretch at first then a couple 3 hour stretches).

Monday - feeding every 1.5-2 hours, quite grizzly but slept fine overnight
Tuesday - feeding every 1-1.5 hours, grizzly, crying if put down for a nap, slept fine overnight
Wednesday - super sleepy, feeding every 2 hours, slept fine overnight
Thursday - feeding every 1-1.5 hours for 45mins-1 hour, grizzly, crying if put down for a nap, slept fine overnight, last stint on DH as wouldn't go down
Friday - feeding every 1-1.5 hours for 45mins-1 hour, grizzly, crying if put down for a nap, much more awake during day, much shorter stints overnight and reluctant to sleep after feed, last stint on DH as wouldn't go down
Saturday - feeding every 1-1.5 hours for 45mins-1 hour, grizzly, crying if put down for a nap, much more awake during day, much shorter stints overnight and reluctant to sleep after feed, last stint on DH as wouldn't go down

We've had a really bad night the past 2 nights as she is doing much shorter stints of sleep, sometimes only going down for an hour. I've heard the 6 week growth spurt is tough and we are feeling that right now!

How long did this growth spurt last for everyone?? If you Google it it says a few days but I feel like we're practically a week in and it's only getting worse each day. We are STRUGGLING. Just wondered how long it lasted for everyone so I have some time frame.

It takes 3 days for the woman's body to respond to the increased demand on her milk supply. Try to rest as much during the day. This shall pass

6 week growth spurt was the pits. It's also the 'crescendo' of fussiness, cluster feeding, bad digestion, the lot. After 6 weeks the tip of the iceberg starts to decline. It lasted about a week, until 7 weeks. Slowly everything got better from there. Hang In there, it's a phase but I know it doesn't help in the thick of it. My DS is 16 months now and I had totally forgotten about the 6 week growth spurt, I'm 5 weeks pregnant and brought it all back.

I don't even remember a 6-week spurt and it was only 12 weeks ago. So I imagine it wasn't that bad.

Four month regression has been much much worse for us, and doesn't feel like it's going to end. 7 weeks and counting of never sleeping more than 90 minutes, often less, and also refusing to sleep at all for several hours every night.

But each week the lack of sleep feels easier, even if we don't actually get any more sleep.

Also had the sleep regression, had it at 13 weeks, just as December was in full flow and I managed to get ill. Parenting whilst ill, in no sleep for 2 weeks, right around 'babies first Christmas' was hands down the hardest part of parenting. We sleep trained him and got him out our room at 14 weeks and on a firm daytime routine. It was the best thing we did. With the help of a professional who gave us confidence in waking him up from naps to 'save' the next nap or bedtime. And the night feeding stopped at 14 weeks. Hurrah.
