Bottle fed baby refusing bottle

My baby is bottle fed after being unable to breastfeed (not sure if relevant). In the past couple of days she’s decided she doesn’t want her bottles anymore. She will give hunger cues but only drink 1/3 of a bottle, maybe half on a good day. After that she’ll close her mouth and won’t be fed anymore. I’ve tried 3 different test types, changing the temperature and using different types of milk.

Ive noticed she had a slight cough, or more like she’s trying to clear her throat, but no other symptoms. This coincided with her having her 16 week vaccinations (not to sound like a headcase! Just might be relevant or a side effect?).

I don’t know how worried I should be. She seems alert and happy apart from giving hunger cues. I’m quite worried about my own health as she wakes every hour due to hunger yet still refuses to drink.

Could this be teething? Related to the vaccines? Is she just not hungry enough? She doesn’t seem to have wind. She hasn’t got a temperature. Honestly I’m at a loss.

If she’s well, and having normal wet/dirty nappies I wouldn’t worry yet.
See how she is today/tonight, and go tomorrow if no better

Babies do go through these phases, it could be linked to the slight cough or vaccines but equally could not be. If she's still having wet nappies and seems well in herself I wouldn't worry.
One thing to check though - you say you've changed the teat type, have you increased the size? Sometimes frustration at milk not coming fast enough can cause a baby to give up before the bottle is finished.
At about this age my DS went through a phase of needing to be jiggled to feed! It was weird but worked. Literally jiggling in my arms or knee bouncing up and down. If you stopped moving he stopped drinking. If at home I sat on my big birth ball and gently bounced whilst feeding him.

The menB vaccine might make her feel like crap for a few days.

If she is at all stuffy in the nose it might unpleasant for her to breathe and drink at the same time so that will have a knock effect on the amount she wants to drink.

Keep offering little and often and keep an eye on nappy output and the soft spot for signs of dehydration and absolutely any concerns give you gp a call x
