I need advice I can't take much more 😩 my baby is 10 months old and she's so so clingy I can't leave the room if she sees me walk past she will scream day time is bearable but night time is far worse she won't sleep in her bed longer than sometimes 15 minutes -1 hour periods I try my hardest to get her back to sleep in her bed but she will scream we've never co slept as it scares me too much but I have 2 other children too and have to be up for the school runs ever morning but I'm worn out, I've tried leaving her for a bit to see if she will settle back to sleep but she won't, patting her, stroking her face nothing works she just won't go back over so I have to get her out and get her to sleep and when she does finally go over it's for the shortest time periods and the poor sleep times have been like this for a long time I'm lucky to get around a hour with out her waking up please any advice would be amazing, thank you

Co sleeping is so safe at her age especially if you look up how to do it safely.

Do you have a partner? Do they help?
Do you have a sturdy baby carrier?

9-10 months is peak separation anxiety time, OP. My DD was the same but she's 14 months now and much better. DS was like it for longer but he was a lockdown baby so all his social development was out of whack. Sleep deprivation is unbearable for any length of time and honestly co-sleeping saved my sanity with both kids.
With DD the other thing that helped was getting her to baby groups - just exposing her to new places and people while I was still there to reassure her if needed.
It does get better I promise!
