Hi ladies just a quick question, so my child attended private nursery for 2 years and I paid all the fees that I had to, he's going to start a school nursery this month and isn't going back to the private nursery. I emailed them to let them know and they said I have to give a month's notice of my child leaving (thats my fault, I obviously missed that bit) but will they charge me for this month that he's not going to be there because I didn't give them a month's notice? The nursery isn't exactly cheap and I'd be paying for them to look after my child and everything they do in nurseries when he's not even going to be there. Also I just checked the contract I signed it doesn't say anywhere on there about leaving or giving a month's notice. It only says that on a email I got from there. Surely that's not legally binding if its on a email and not on the actual contract I signed? Can they make me pay the fee for this month?
Thanks :)
