Advice on how to stop swaddling at nap time

Advice please!!!!
I am a ftm and I am really struggling with nap time.
Dd is 15 weeks old but not yet rolling over. Bedtime we have no problem she will go to sleep in her sleeping bag.
Naps seem to have gone out the window. She has started refusing to sleep during the day, which leaves her very grumpy early evening. If I swaddle her she will nap 2/2.5 hours, but I need to get her out of the habit of being swaddled.
Please help 😔

You don't need to get her out of the habit of being swaddled, she'll naturally grow out of it. Mine was about 4 or 5 months when she just didn't want/need it any more.

Is she warm enough? Could you use a cellular blanket instead or simply warmer clothes.

Swaddling makes them much warmer so she must be used to that

We use a woolly blanket tucked under the armpits, leaving the arms free to flail around - the midwife was happy when she saw it so I'm happy it's safe

I'd just do swaddle on the main lunchtime nap. 9am nap no swaddle, 45mins sleep is fine. 12noon back down in a swaddle for a good long sleep. 4pmish, no swaddle, another 45mins.

Why do you need to get her out of the swaddle habit? She should be napping in a room where you are too, so you can see if she looks like she's getting to the age where she rolls in her sleep.

When we were transitioning from a swaddle we used an ergo pouch for a while - it’s like a really tight fitting jersey cover that goes over the mattress and baby and tucks them in securely. Might be worth a try?
