Does this seem normal for a 14 month old?

I’m really stressing myself out about food. My baby seems particularly fussy and won’t eat things like pasta or rice, which makes cooking for her really difficult. I kept a food diary today and just wondered if this seemed fine to everyone - nutritionally sufficient?! I keep trying new and different foods even stuff she’s refused in the past. She is teething so could be part of the reason why she’s refusing certain foods. She also has an awful cough and cold, and is currently on antibiotics so this could also be affecting her. Here’s what she had yesterday:

6 or 7 spoonfuls of porridge with banana and raspberry
Full fat milk
9 or 10 bites of banana with peanut butter
Carrot puffs x 10
1 bite cheese
Few bites toast
Philly cheese licked off a yellow pepper (failed attempt to get her to eat peppers lol)
Some hummus licked off a cucumber stick (as above)
3/4 bowl of vegetable broth soup
2 or 3 fingers of toast
1/3 bowl of natural yoghurt with mango
Milk before bed

Someone will be along shortly to tell you there's not enough protein and that their child was eating 3 x gourmet meals by this point but honestly OP this looks absolutely fine to me. You are offering plenty of healthy foods and giving her the opportunity to try a variety of textures etc.

Don't worry too much, if she's anything like all the kids I know she will be refusing to eat anything that isn't potato waffles before you know it!

Thank you so much for the reassurance, it’s so helpful. She had a chicken and veg casserole on Friday evening and scrambled eggs for lunch, so hoping the protein element is covered by this. It’s just so difficult isn’t it. Every time I open instagram I feel woefully inadequate that she’s not having kale smoothies and accepting everything I make with a beaming smile lol. It’s making me feel insane!
