How many after school clubs does your reception aged child do?

Full-time working lone parent.
DD is in reception.
She currently does Rainbows on a Monday and Swimming on a Friday.
I had put her on a waiting list for drama/dance classes earlier in the year before she got her place at Rainbows, and I have had an email now to say a place has come available. I know she would absolutely love it, but I am worried it is a lot for her.
For context. she is extremely energetic, she doesn't say she's tired very often, although at times she doesn't sleep well, but she's never been a hugely great sleeper.
Another thing is, Rainbows is an hour, swimming is 30 minutes, dance and drama would be an hour on a Wednesday.
I know she loves both Rainbows and Swimming and wouldn't want to drop either of those, but the bigger part of me just say it's a lot. I've been given the option to go for a free trial and commit to it after so I may just do that. x

Mine did about 4 lol. You'll have people saying that more than one is too much and the kid will be exhausted and it's child abuse etc but honestly all kids are different. My kid is literally never exhausted 😂 where are these kids that get tired and fall asleep straight after school? I'm yet to meet one haha

We have two children who thrive on endless activities after school and sign up for everything they can, one who likes to do a couple a week but no more and one (ASD) who would gladly never leave the house.

My 3 year old is in full time school nursery. Dance on a Tuesday, wrap around care wed, Thurs, Fri (meaning 10 hour school days). Swimming 9am on a Saturday.
I would consider adding rainbows when she’s old enough. Also karate at 5 or 6 as her Dad is a sensei

2 after school and 1 on the weekend and we just had to reshuffle them.
DS has squirrels at 5:30pm, which we kept as he loves it and is doing great even if he's in after-school club that day. But we had to change up a bit the other 2. Gymnastics was at 3:45 and most weeks he was too tired for it, he needs some down time between school and activity. And swimming was at 9am on a Saturday, but again after a full week of rushing through the door for school he looked like he will benefit from a slower start of the day.

So we changed to swimming after school at 4:30 and gymnastics on a Saturday at 11:30, which seems to be working better. I would be hesitant to commit to any clubs straight after school again until he's older.

DS does 3 gymnastics on Mondays (my nwd I collect him at 3:15 gymnastics is at 4 so home just after 5), he does athletics at school on a Wednesday straight after school until 4:15 then he either goes to ASC club until 5:15 or I collect at 4:15 if WFH, Friday is DHs NWD so he collects at 3 (earlier finish on Fridays) swimming is at 4 for thirty minutes, so showered and gone by 5. He has ASC until 5/5:30 latest on Tuesdays and Thursdays but they don't do much there other than eat jam sandwiches, play and the TV goes on at 5. It's why we wanted to break it up with a sport on Wednesdays

Only swimming on a Friday evening (only time we could get and actually it works well). He's with the childminder until 6pm Mon-Thurs so wouldn't be able to do after-school clubs elsewhere anyway, and school don't run any for Reception.

He's too tired for anything else at the moment. I might find a sporty club for a weekend morning in spring.
