14 week old refusing to eat -formula fed

Hi all, my 14 week old has suddenly started refusing to eat. He was a good eater and has been exclusively bottle fed for the last 4 weeks (combi fed prior).
for the last few days he’s been eating less than half his usual amount and that is consisting of 30ml every hour/few hours. I’ve tried changing his bottles, teats, formula, tried feeding him in different positions and without stimulus (dark room with white noise).
any suggestion on what I could try?
I’ve called the HV, said as he is having 1 dirty and 4 wet nappies a day no concern for dehydration, even though the wet nappies are very minimally wet.
I feel I’m going out my mind so appreciate any suggestions.
thanks.

He might be teething? Mine always went off their milk if they were teething. Have you taken his temperature to rule out him being ill? If it’s normal I’d try some calpol in a small amount of milk and see if that helps.

Thanks! Taken his temperature and it’s normal. He has a little cold last week but seems to have been over it for a while.
id not even considered teething, thought he was too young 🙈 I will check his gums

Has he recently had jabs by any chance? I remember my baby around that age going off her milk and HV thought her recent jabs could have put her off. Also teething is a possibility as pp said.

Mine went the same roughly the same age due to teething. And a friends baby is 15 weeks and she’s the same now. Only way either baby drinks formula is fridge cold. Mine would only drink cold milk for about 10 days and he usually loves his milk very warm!
