Safeguarding worry

So ds is 4, this morning he has, as is standard behaviour, taken issue as I have given him a certain food item for breakfast. He has previously enjoyed this food item without complaint.
This morning he has expressed that he would like me to go to jail, I asked if he thought a police officer would put me in jail because I had given him food to eat for breakfast. He told me he would tell the police officer I had punched him in the face s I would go to jail.
I am now concerned about what he might say at school to his teachers. He obviously has no physical injuries as per being punched in the face as this is obviously made up, I am just concerned he has thought of this at such a young age.
It this normal? Should I broach this subject with school or does it make me look guilty of abuse?

Dd told me her teacher put her in the bin. I think school take the improbable stories with a big pinch of salt and would likely only become concerned if your ds was disclosing abuse rather than telling stories with a humorous glint in his eye or if he had concerning injuries.
