Baby with sores on skin and unwell

9 month old is incredibly unsettled, coughing a lot, very phlegmy and has a huge sore patch under his chin and some other little rashy areas?

Anything to worry about?!

This is exactly what I was going to say.

I'd get him seen, a baby that age should he seen if you're worried. But I think it might be a dribble rash - I'd want it confirmed though.
