Weaning plan for EBF baby before nursery

I have a 4 mo DD and I return to work when she turns 8 mo (still some time away). She is EBF and currently feeds on demand and feeds to sleep (sometimes she will sleep when rocked by DH). I am planning to introduce solids at 6 mo and initially hoped to at least partially continue breastfeeding but not sure if it’s feasible.
I work shift work (long days and nights) and plan to go back to work with slight reduction to my hours (equivalent of working 4 days instead of 5). DH will have to attend nursery 4 days/week (7:30am to 6:30pm)
Most days I leave home for work at 7am and return around 7pm
Long days I leave home for work at 7am and return around 9:30pm
Nights I leave home at around 7pm and return at around 10am

Is it possible to just feed twice/day (once in the morning, once at night) on normal days; nursery to give a bottle at midday. On night shifts, feed before I leave for work then DH gives a bottle in the morning before nursery drop off and I express that feed. On long days, feed in the morning before work then DH gives a bottle before bed and I express that feed.
Then on off days, weekends and when I’m home at night, we breastfeed with one bottle of expressed breastmilk or formula midday. (Essentially training my body to only make milk at night time and not during the day)

Would this cause DD upset as I can’t be there all the time? Would my supply be messed up or I end up with mastitis? Any advice and suggestions please post! Thank you :)

Should be ok. By 9/10ish months she will only be needing about 400ml of milk a day, if eating solids.

She should adjust fine and will just feed more when you are around if she needs it. Some kids don't feed much during the week and wake up for it at the weekend. Others start reverse cycling and feeding more over night.

I mostly feed overnight (4 month old) and formula feed during the day with the occasional breastfeed and haven't had any supply or mastitis issues

*make up for it, not wake up for it. Although that might happen too haha
