What time does your 13/14/15 year old go to sleep?

Exactly that really, what time does your teenager go to sleep?

My DS is 14 and hands his phone over at 9.30pm to be going to sleep for 9.45pm - if left switched on while charging his phone is constantly going off until all hours which blows my mind that kids are up so late.

Weekends we're more flexible but don't allow him to stay up all night.

Week days around 10ish, weekend between 10 and 11ish. Dc are 13 + 15

13yr old - between 10-11pm weekdays. He has his phone with him (probably not wise) but as long as he gets out of bed at 7am and doesn't miss the bus at 8am I think we're ok.

Pressed too soon. I don't take their phones at night but they're good at self regulation. They have them on silent so aren't disturbed but they have said friends are online much later.

DD is almost 13 and has to be in bed by 10pm on weekdays. I don’t think she gets to sleep till near 11pm. She’s always been an owl. Screentime ends at 8pm.

She sleeps in at weekends to catch up. (We all do.)

DD (14) goes to her room for probably 9.30pm, and is asleep most nights for half 10.
Her phone goes on DND from 10pm-7am but I don't take it off her.

14 year old DS has to hand screens over at 9.30.
No restrictions on lights out, but if they are still on when I got to bed, I pop in and see him.

Usually awake before 7am - including weekends and holidays. Still waiting for the teenage mega lie-ins to happen.

I did try not policing the phone situation but discovered he was staying up until god knows when because he had no self control and had to check his phone every time it lit up ☠

He has an alarm clock and gets himself up for school at 7am and off to the bus at 7.35 with no protesting which I'm grateful for

13 year old in bed by 10 30 pm but doesn't sleep until 2ish due to being autistic.

We're all poor sleepers but love a lie in at the weekend.

15 year old school nights usually lights out 10:45, later at weekends.

He is like me needs minimum sleep. Gets himself up for school, lots of activities so I don't interfere.

Other son is 10 lights out 0930.
