Where to sit my baby during the day to chill

My DD is now 3 months and I'm wondering how/where other parents place their child outside of play/sleep times.

My DD has always been a great sleeper at night, waking only once, or sleeping through from 6 weeks old. However, she doesn't sleep much during the day, but as she sleeps so well at night, I don't feel the need to put her down in a moses (which she's not keen on anyway) and force a sleep.

As she is awake a lot, I have more time to fill with her. She is a very chilled baby and will happily sit in her rocker for a while, but it is in here she will often nod off (maybe 15-30 mins) Ive heard that rockers/baby chairs shouldn't be sat it for prolonged periods of time, but she isn't keen on a carrier and as she seems so comfortable in a reclined position here, I don't want to move her.

I don't know where else to sit her when not doing tummy time etc! She is very nosey and doesn't like laying on the floor for too long.. I feel like the chair will support her back/neck more than she would be supported in my arms

Any suggestions?!

Are you getting out lots? At this age I would be out and about with baby in the buggy, doing classes or sat in suppermarket trolley. They are even old enough for a gentle push on the swings whilst you chat to other mums.

At that age, DD had a play mat, a bouncy chair, a jumperoo and a play nest and would rotate between them. This was almost 14 years ago so some of those things might not be "allowed" these days.

This is the thing, everywhere and everyone has different rules on what's allowed 🤦🏼‍♀️

We get out almost daily, and she'll be in her bassinet as I don't drive, so it is broken up. I think I'm just overthinking the time she has at home

Play mat with a selection of toys

Just rotate where you put her, floor/carrier/bouncer etc. The only thing it's advised against is keeping babies in 'containers' which are things like bouncers/chairs for long periods of time (like total 2hrs daily?) as it doesn't allow free movement. They also don't advise jumperoos anymore as it can delay walking. Under 7 months don't have well enough formed hip joints.

At the end of the day as long as she's getting free movement and you rotate between different positions/carriers I wouldn't worry too much.

I wouldn't dream of pushing my 3 month old in a swing, however gentle! They can't sit up and can't fully support their head.

Playmat, we have a totter and tumble one (to soften our hard floors) that we got 2yrs ago. Expensive but it's our best non-essential baby product! We sit the baby play gym thing on it and baby just conks out.

Fisher Price kick & play mat was amazing! Joie swing chair was a hit too. When he got strong enough we got a jumper and now looking for a walker.
