Is this a tic? Or ocd? Or something else?

Dd9 has had these sort of repetitive behaviours, such as clearing her throat, or playing with her hair, they are short lived, come and go.
Camhs have said they are tics.
A quick google shows that tics cannot be physically stopped, and this is not the case, she can stop.
My feeling is that its mild ocd.
They said its not.
Im not trying to be difficult I appreciate they are trained in this and im not. But i know my daughter.
Has anyone experienced this with their child?

My brother had tics and ocd as a child. They often go hand in hand together as they were tics but he was ocd with them if that makes sense? He would constantly widen his eyes open like they were sticking and would hum constantly. He didn't realise he was humming most of the time and with his eyes he said they just felt different. He had been checked for infections as well so it was definitely tics. They were secondary to ASD in his case
