Age appropriate chores for pocket money

DP and I have 2 DS (10 & 5).
They recently lost their Nanny (my mum) due to heart failure after a 3 year battle with cancer (where she was in remission, to make it all the more cruel).
She was their registered Childminder all their lives until treatment started, so losing her has hit them very hard.
I am currently retrading after 23 years to a job (which I’m hesitant to put on here due to strike action and how people may feel about it) that’ll ensure stability financially for our family. But it does mean very long hours and 18+ months of training.
They've coped very well with the changes and we are very proud of them.
My dad and my older sister have offered to take them away for a week during Spring half term, to help DP and I out and also to give the kids a treat.
They would like to take some ‘holiday pennies’ with them to spend and also so they can treat my Dad and Sister one night as a thank you.
We will of course send them with some money, but they would like to earn some too.
What would you say are age appropriate chores that we can give them and an approximate amount for each chore?
For context, our eldest will make his bed, hoover and polish during the week without being asked to.
Youngest likes to help with dishwasher and folding washing.
