How to sneak in more veg into toddler

The other day I was browsing Amazon and came across reusable baby food pouches - like the Ella ones but empty, so you can fill it up yourself.
Has anyone tried them to sneak in more veggies into their DC? My 2,5 likes the fruit ones as a occasional snack, when we are out or mixed with yoghurt or porridge.
So I had an idea to steam and blend different veggies and mask it as one of the Ella or so ones? Tell me it’s gonna work! 😂

Having once steamed and mashed a single pear which took an absolute age for what it was, I decided that for my time and the cost of the fuel of my cooker to do it I'd just buy the pouches for the short time they are young enough to want them.

My very veggie adverse toddler will happily eat lentil soup, which is just carrots, an onion, lentils and veggie stock. I know that there are broccoli fritters which can substitute hash browns, and i'm tempted to try those. My niece was the fussiest eater and by 8 she is really adventurous and healthy, so I keep saying that it's "just a phase". Let's hope!

And if it makes you feel any better, my toddler frequently tells me that she is growing big and strong because of all the vegetables she is eating. Which does make me chuckle!
