This is a really helpful group! Take food/drinks if you can as they are ridiculously expensive.

Stay offsite on a train line, then you can get a direct train into the parks.
Take food and drink.

Do you want to stay onsite at a disney hotel or offsite? How are you planning to travel there?

We took the ferry and drove (really easy) and stayed at Davy Crockett Ranch which was lovely. It's offsite (but still counts as Disney accom) but only about 15 min away in car and you get the benefit of extra magic hours which is really worth it.

Agree with taking in your own food/snacks/drinks.

I'd book directly with DLP through topcashback but depends on where you want to stay.

As someone else has suggested, join some FB groups. Unfortunately the tickets are expensive so hard to do it particularly cheaply but if you are flexible on dates you will be able to find some cheaper times. Personally prefer to book directly and as soon as its released, they're due to release beyond March 24 at the end of this month. Depending on where you live, driving can save money compared to eurostar or flying.

We’re there now. Day 2 today.

We're in a hotel 10 mins bus from the parks. It’s has its own regular shuttle to and fro from the front door. Saves 100s on the price of the hotels vs the Disney owned ones! It’s also near the train to call into Paris Itself.

there was no avoiding steep ticket prices in the summer unfortunately.

Check the prices on Disneyland Paris you can often get a good deal.

We stay at Davy Crockett ranch which means you have to drive but French roads are amazing and as it's a Disney hotel it includes parking and the early magic hours (which is great for getting loads done) The cabins are very basic but you're barely there and they have a little kitchen which saves on food, there is a great pool there too.

Stay off site, driving is possibly a good option especially if you are se based and there's several going (added bonus of making getting food cheaper). Or camp

Large supermarket nearby has rotisserie chicken and salads that make a good dinner.
