What snacks are good for toddlers?

I have a 15 month old who would eat all day if I let him, absolutely loves his food.

I also have a 3.5 year old who is going through a phase of being constantly hungry, will eat a mountain of dinner then say “I’m hungry again mummy” 10 minutes later. She’s eating me out of the house and I think I need to get better snacks.

I need ideas though, I cook lunch and dinner so I’d like snacks to be as low faff as possible as I can’t keep up with all the cooking and cleaning all day everyday 😂

What are some decent, filling snacks I can make pretty speedily?

Do they like fruit? Grapes and cheese, maybe with a cracker or two? Big winner with all 3 of mine.

Yoghurt? 15 months is a bit small for do it doing a pot wihout help, but you can be pouches (no added sugar, no sweetners)

Or toast with some kind of spread?

Mashed bananas raspberries and custard warmed up in the microwave slightly

i used to spiralise apple, melon and cucumber to make “spaghetti” they loved that

scrambled eggs mixed with a bit of cream cheese on toasted potato cakes

cheese and tomato on toast under the grill

bagel “pizzas “
half a lightly toasted bagel spread with a bit of tomato purée or passata topped with grated cheese or even tuna then cheese and grilled

few spoons of baked beans on toast with a tiny scraping of marmite on.

cucumber sticks and pitta bread slices with hummous

these were all very popular with my three when they were this age and quick to do

I just made cheese scones and they were a winner, and really quick. You can do it all in a food processor and then bake. I don't bother using round cutters or anything, just press the dough flat and cut it up before baking.

Batch cook healthy-ish mini muffins, 'brownies', etc.
Raisins are popular here, as are little apples.
Pre-packaged snacks are always going to be less healthy but as an occasional thing there are ok ones out there. DC's current favourites are smoothie melts (kiddilicious, I think?).
Flapjack/oat bars can be good - homemade is much better though as the shop bought ones are full of sugar.
