Not sure if this is the right area to post.

My DS (2.5y) has a very limited diet, and it feels like he’s dropping foods every week! I’m just looking for any advice on ways you were able to encourage your fussy eaters to try new foods or if they just grew out of it?

Safe foods:
-Toast
-Cheese Sandwiches
-Raspberries
-Mash or roast potatoes (sometimes)
-Skips
-Biscuits
-Smootie Melts
-Organix carrot bars
-Fruit pouches
-Garlic Bread (sometimes)

We offer him the same foods we eat every night but never eats or tries it. He used to eat every thing but started to drop foods around 18 months. Only fruit or veg he will eat are raspberries and potatoes.

Any advice would be wonderful, thank you

Have a look at the advice for parents on here
2.1 2.2 and 2.3

Our youngest daughter had extreme food refusal. It was difficult to access the right support. Once we did we were advised to let her eat what she would eat and focus on calorie intake.
She also had abidec drops and Movicol for constipation.

He will pick upon your anxiety but I know as a parent you tend to blame yourself.
