Keeping infant the right temperature at night

Hi ladies, how do you manage to temperature regulate the room at night?
My room thermometer is currently red and alternates between 24-25°c. I know 16-20° is the recommended safe temperature range.
I have put little man (6 months) in just a t shirt and very thin summer sleeping bag (super thin cotton), i have also opened the window a bit near his cot. Now I am worried while I’m sleeping he will catch a chill 😬.
During the day I’m so laid back, but come night time I just get so anxious about his safety, I guess it’s being oblivious to what’s going on when I’m sleeping

Sounds fine to me. If he's not waking up he's comfortable.

Our nursery ranges from 22-25, he's in a long sleeved pyjama top and a 1 tog sleeping bag.

Sounds absolutely perfect to me too Wink

Without air conditioning you can't.

Those thermometers which turn red are more of a hindrance than a help as they're just making you feel stressed about something you have very little control over.

You know it's hot so you dress your baby lightly and keep an eye on them.

Where I am we had 30+ temperatures for weeks on end with a new born, some nights she just slept in a nappy and we had a fan on. The only way we could have got the room to the 'green' temperature would have been decamping to a hotel with air conditioning.
