7 year old girl early puberty

Hi,
I'm (a bit) worried about my 7.5 year old daughter. She recently complained about pain in her breast. I touched it and felt small rubbery buds in both, under the nipples.
My mother told me sometimes girls have breast development early on but the growth stops and they eventually "resend" before growing back later, when puberty really starts.
I googled it and she's apparently right about that so I was relieved but then, 2 days ago, I found stretch marks on my daughter's thighs and buttocks. Not just one or two but a lot of lines.
My sisters and I developed a lot of stretch marks during puberty and pregnancies. So I knew she would probably get some too and was prepared to help her damage control starting around 10. I never thought they could appear at that age.
I must add that she's not overweight at all. She's 26 kg for 131 cm and she grew 3 cm in the last 5 months.
I was a bit early myself since I started my periods at 11. So again, I was expecting DD to hit puberty on the earlier range too but 7 year old ?
From what I read this could mean her starting her period at 9 and not growing past 150 cm.
Have you ever seen stretch marks on children that young ? Have you had to deal with early puberty ?
Any advice on how to handle this situation ?

My daughter had stretch marks at 7/8. Her first period at 8. But no more until she was just over 10. She is now 12. Still growing 5ft 4. We call stretch marks growing marks. She has never been self conscious about them. We just talked about changes in bodies. I think
just keep talking and never be negative or suggest she needs to hide anything or use cream to get rid of marks etc. after her first period the gp said if she had another they would give her medication to delay.

@Lilofthevalley thank you for your contribution. I didn't know that could happen (have your period once and no more for years). Glad your daughter is doing great.
what I gather is that indeed these stretch marks are a sign of something going on relating to puberty.
Of course I wont say anything to worry DD or make her feel uncomfortable in her own skin but maybe I need to take her to the doctor

I think a visit to the gp would be wise. Anything out of the ordinary or that concerns you is worth an appointment. Sadly we are all so terrified of wasting nhs resources. We don’t always get advice when we need to. In my daughters case she also has a disorder of the collagen which means her skin is prone to stretch marks. So I just dismissed them as being linked to
that. Her first period was a bit of a surprise!
