Breastfed baby turning 1 what should she be drinking?

Hi all,
I am currently breastfeeding my soon to be one year old - pump her 2 bottles for when I'm at work then she just drinks whenever she wants for the rest of the day (and night).
She sometimes has a little water with meals.
Now she is turning one, should I be changing some of the breastmilk for cow's milk?
How much water should she have?
I should probably know this and would have asked health visitor at 10-12 month check but they are behind in my area and haven't been able to see anyone yet.
What did anyone who was exclusively breastfeeding at 1 do themselves?
Thanks in advance if anyone takes the time to reply.
:)

Depends if you want to keep breastfeeding as you currently do. You can give cows milk if you want and offer water with meals/between meals if you want to.

I just carried on breastfeeding DD and occasionally offering growing up soya milk but she much preferred boob!

There's no right or wrong answer - you can phase out the breastmilk and offer full fat cow's milk, or give a combination. Water with meals and in between if she seems thirsty, she doesn't need to drink a set amount. If she's not keen on milk you can offer plain yoghurt, cheese etc. and add milk to porridge or weetabix.

For a calcium perspective I was told by paediatric dietitian to make sure toddler was getting 350 mg of calcium a day from diet eg food and drink when we dropped to two feeds a day but this was from direct from boob so I didn’t know how much she was getting. I would say offer water with meals and throughout the day. You can offer cow’s milk if you want but there is no need.

BTW - you stop exclusively bf when they start having food 😃.

I BF DD to 26 months. She had water with meals and at nursery (I didn’t express), she had cows milk in food. She always had a water bottle out when playing etc to help herself to.

From 2 we offered cows milk to drink and she gradually switched over to that as we stopped BF.

Mine just had water with meals or whenever they wanted it and carried on breastfeeding responsively.

Totally up to you depending on what your feeding goals are.

To prepare for going back to work at 13 months, from 12 months I gradually shifted daytime breastfeeds to milk in an open cup, and we gave water in an open cup at each meal. Then it was just a breastfeed in the morning after wake up, and before bed

(cows milk, should have said)
