Cloth nappies

I've got two DC under two. I tried to use cloth nappies with DC1 but had to give up as I was too big, heavily pregnant, then second DC was a section so for recovery it was easier to use disposables for both. Now they are both a bit bigger I'm looking at going back. How does everyone get them dry? I remember they took two days to dry previously..... I've got ones with Velcro tabs and poppers for sizing. Anyone know if these would be suitable for a toddler without leaking? Any encouragement is appreciated

Ours get dried on the washing line (if the floor is dry, clothes will dry) or on the clothes horse in the conservatory if it’s raining.

the nappies should be absolutely fine for your toddler unless they are newborn ones. You’ll just have to work out the best insert combo for your child to prevent flooding leaks ☺️

They can take a while to dry, it depends what kind of boosters you have. I have mostly bamboo little lamb doubles and Baba and boo, they take at least a day to dry indoors, not as long outside on the line - but we also use Mio which are velcro and poppers, and they are like microfibre boosters and don't take anywhere near as long to dry. I'm not fussed about shoving all mine in the dryer if I am in a rush or just overwhelmed with washing and hanging out (2 under 2 is just a crazy time in life 😂)

One sized birth to potty ones should be fine for both, I imagine!

Good luck xxx
